Thanks for choosing my story. Hope you enjoy reading it. But before that, there are certain things that should be cleared.

This story has certain trigger warnings.

There are mentions of illegal criminal activities, including drugs, trafficking, prostitution, mafia and certain mentions of sexual harassment /assault. But none of the acts are romanticised or justified. And all of them have their repercussions.

Both characters are grey but they don't surpass any boundary that gives the reader a negative impression of the characters.

If you like reading mafia romance and a bit of crime and thriller, this is your go-to-read. I've researched into the intricate criminal patterns of real life before writing this novel and it has my months of hard work. So, I hope you all give it a genuine try.

One last thing. If you are going to read this, either DON'T SKIP any chapter or just don't read it altogether.

My grip around her throat tightened like a vice and I snarled at her face, “Chi sei davvero?” (Who are you really?)
